October Learner Profile: Open Minded

The third graders at Iles School are IMAGINING PEACE through their involvement in the International Baccalaureate Program Learner Profiles. The Learner Profile for October is Open Minded. These clever students collaborated between 3 classes to create this original song on October 8, 2010, and decided to also wish John Lennon a happy birthday, since his 70th birthday would have been 10-09-10.

After hearing the story about the poster of John and Yoko in Mrs. Fracheys room, and Yoko's Chair in Mrs. Frachey's room, the students wanted to imagine a world where people were open minded, tolerant and co-operative.
