Students will make a brochure that describes 4 different types of weather that occur in the United States. The brochure will be made by using the Pages program. Information and images will be gathered from links that I have pre-approved and bookmarked on my website. The brochure will have a panel that describes what the brochure is about (title page), four panels that each describe a particular type of weather, and a back panel that gives credit to where sources and pictures were found (cite work), for a total of six panels. Students will need to include particular information for each type of weather. The information required will include, but not be limited to, what part of the country the weather would most likely be found, what conditions must be met for the weather to occur, and what kind of damage could be caused by the weather.
