Taylor Swift Webcast Next Week

Aug 23, 2012 Respect Yourself and Others • Students can only have 2 books checked out at a time. • Students need their barcodes to check out. • Walk around and look at books at your own pace. You don’t need to move like cattle and walk in herds. • You have 2 weeks to check out a book. You can always renew it if you need more time. • When you come to the library with a pass, put it on the library desk and make sure to get it signed when you leave. READ MORE

True scholars cringe at the millions of lazy students who think that "Googling" = true research. Before you can treat the Internet as a formal academic resource, you first need to respect that disciplined work and academic integrity must be part of your mouse time. End of the Year Book Return & Book Fair

Apr 30, 2012 ALL library books are due back to the library Thursday, May 3rd. Students will start serving detentions the following week for unreturned books or unpaid fines. The Scholastic book fair is coming and will be open Friday, May 4th - Thursday, May 10th. Come buy some books for yourself and the school benefits from it.

Rebecca Caudill 2013 List

Feb 7, 2012 The Rebecca Caudill Young Readers' Book Award is an annual award given to the author of the book voted most outstanding by students in grades four through eight in participating Illinois schools. The award is named in honor of Rebecca Caudill who lived and wrote in Urbana, Illinois, for nearly 50 years. The award is given in recognition for her literary talent and the universal appeal of her books which have touched the hearts of many children and young adults. READ MORE
