Share your Outlook calendar

Share your outlook calendar with your team, committee, or other groups:
1. Left click on Calendar
2. Scroll down the left Calendar pane and click on Send Calendar via email
3. Select the Calendar you want to share
4. Select the Date Range: Whole Calendar, click OK
5. Enter in the email of the person you want to share the calendar with, click Send.

The recipient of the shared calendar will then click at the top of the email to open the calendar up in Outlook. It will automatically be saved to the eft Calendar pane as a choice to view.
