Spring Portraits

May 3, 2011 Spring Photographs are being sent home this week. They are yours to look at before you decide if you would like to purchase any or all of them. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE THESE PICTURES, YOU MUST RETURN THEM!! These photographs are sent out on the honor system and we all know Wilcox Wildcat families are an honorable bunch!!

Box Tops for Education

Apr 26, 2011 Remember that Wilcox P.T.O. collects and redeems “Box Tops for Education” available on all General Mills and Lloyd’s Food Lines. The P.T.O. also collects and redeems all Campbell's products “Labels for Education”. These appear on all Campbell, Pepperidge Farms, V-8, Swanson, Franco American, Prego, and Pace products. As we approach the end of the month, please send in the labels and box tops you have collected for our school. Thank you for supporting education.

Spring Footwear

Apr 12, 2011 As warmer weather approaches and we wear lighter clothes, our footwear may change too! Please think about your child running, jumping, and climbing at recess. Sandals without backs, flip-flops, or tongs are not good choices. They are dangerous. My previous experiences with children playing in these have yielded everything from scrapes to broken bones. Open backed sandals, flip-flops, or tongs are not allowed in our class. Thank you for your support of a safe environment.

Field Trip Friday March 25, 2011

Mar 22, 2011 Our field trip to the Decatur Children's Museum is this Friday. If you have not sent in $4 or permission slip please do so by Thursday. On FRIDAY – SACK LUNCH including drink, SNEAKERS, and play clothes – we will be climbing!! No dresses or skirts please.

Take Home And Return Books

Sep 14, 2010 Take-Home & Return Books started this week!! Each day your child will bring home a special book in a baggie with a note. This book is for you to read together that night, sign the signature sheet ONE time, and return the next day (baggie, note, and all!)
