The purpose of the Teaching and Learning Team is to provide support to schools that will enable them to increase student achievement and close the achievement gap.
We will do this by:
* Communicating consistent messages.
* Aligning resources and analyzing and responding to data.
* Building trust and connections throughout the system.
* Supporting the Framework through professional development and Instructional Support Services.
* Monitoring progress and planning for improvement as an ongoing process.
