In-Person Graduation Opportunity

Additionally, we are offering an In-person opportunity for each of our graduates to walk across the stage and take a photograph. During the first week of June, we will host seniors and up to five guests (six total per family including the graduate) to come to Memorial Stadium/Spartan Field/New Street Field, to experience the rite of passage of crossing the stage and taking that final photo as a high school student. This plan has been approved in advance by our local public health officials and Regional Office of Education, so we will be adhering to the 6 person rule and enforcing it at our fields.

Attendees will be expected to follow the six foot social distancing guidelines while waiting for their photo opportunities. Graduates and their families will also be expected to wear a face covering while they wait. Additionally, there will not be access to restrooms or water.

We will be asking students to sign up for a time in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines. There will also be indoor plans in the event of inclement weather.

An in-person opportunity for Lawrence Education Center Graduates will be held Friday, June 5.
