Sleep is important. Because of school closures they are finding that some people are sleeping more, which is good - if not too much. But some, especially children, are not sleeping or not with routine, which is not good. Sleep is important to your child’s mental and physical health.
If your child/teen is off their routine try the ten-day plan to improve this. If you would like your child to go to bed at 8PM and they are getting in bed by 10PM. That is a 120 minute difference. Divide the 120 by 10 and move back sleep time 12 minutes each night.
