2021 Annual Dinner - A Virtual Celebration!

ART SALE: This year, we are offering student art in the form of prints and notecards. As has been the case in past years, the proceeds from the art sale will be returned to the three high schools and Lawrence Education Center. Orders can be placed using this form or by navigating to: https://forms.gle/x9b19H89KCrRToha6. The sale runs through April 10. Orders can be picked up or mailed.

ANNUAL DINNER INFORMATION: The Springfield Public Schools Foundation's Annual Dinner and Art Auction is going virtual for 2021! We hope you will join us on March 20, as we continue our 39-year tradition...in a manner fitting for 2021. 

Dr. Bryan Clay, a graduate of Springfield High School & a principal scientist at Pfizer in the Department of Cancer Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics will provide the keynote. This year's event will also include a message from Superintendent Jennifer Gill, musical entertainment from District high school students, grant recipient highlights, and a virtual student art sale.

Dinner will feature an option to pick up a special charcuterie board provided by Maldaner's, dessert provided by MJ's Chicken and Fish, and a craft cocktail from Just the Basics Mobile Bar for all donations exceeding $125. Donations of any amount include evening-of-the-event access to the virtual program. Sponsorships for the event are available in the following amounts: 

*Chancellor - $3,000+ - includes food for 10 and evening-of-event access for up to 10 individual email addresses.

*Summa Cum Laude - $2,500 - includes food for 8 and evening-of-event access for up to 8 individual email addresses.

*Magna Cum Laude - $1,500 - includes food for 6 and evening-of-event access for up to 6 individual email addresses.

*Cum Laude - $1,000 - includes food for 4 and evening-of-event access for up to 4 individual email addresses

*Honor Roll - $500 - includes food for 2 and evening-of-event access for up to 2 individual email addresses

RSVP's to receive the event link are due by noon on March 19 and can be made by emailing foundation@sps186.org. Payments can be made through an electronic payment option or by mailing a check to Springfield Public Schools Foundation, 1900 W. Monroe Street, Springfield, IL 62704. Please be sure to include a contact name and email or phone number on any checks mailed to the Foundation's office.
