Springfield Ball Charter School celebrates National Poetry Month with a special presentation of Amanda Gorman's "The Hill We Climb." The poem is representative of the resilience and hope demonstrated by all during the challenges of the pandemic over the last year. At SBCS, we honor diversity and pledge our unending commitment to the education and support of all students. Special thanks to Makai Gant at 1kai Music, our students, staff, alumni, and board members for contributing to this special project.
Thank you to the Ministerial Alliance for hosting the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Essay Contest virtually. Our very own Ball Charter eighth-grader, Kaitlyn L. is featured at 27:00. Congratulations to all of these incredibly talented students. You are the legacy of Dr. King.
