The National Take Your Child to Work Day is Thursday, April 22, 2010

(Always the 4th Thursday in April)

Our district will only accept excused absences for that day (Thursday, April 22, 2010).

If the child goes with someone other than a parent or guardian, it should be a Unexcused because it is "Take YOUR Child to work Day".

If you have a student who has been absent 10 or more days and must bring a doctor's note if absent, WILL NOT be excused on Take Your Child to Work Day.

If a student is absent any other day of this week and the parent gives that as the reason for being absent, it will be an Unexcused absence.
