Beginning Tuesday, September 21st, Dubois Elementary School will be conducting SHIELD COVID-19 testing at school for students who have a parental consent on file from the online registration process.

This testing is not required, but we are requesting that students who are unvaccinated and students who are in extracurricular activities, participate in weekly COVID-19 testing at school. The test is free to all students.

The SHIELD test is a saliva-based PCR screening test to proactively detect COVID-19 in our student population. The test helps us to screen, identify and quarantine students who may be pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic in order to reduce spread of COVID-19 within our schools. 

Testing will take place each Tuesday at Dubois from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM.
