Mar 12, 2020 The ELC along with community partners St. John's School of Nursing hosted a Teddy Bear Health Fair on Wednesday night. Students were encouraged to bring a special stuffed friend with them to learn about health topics presented by the SJSN students.
Mar 6, 2020 U.S. Director of the Office of Special Education Programs Laurie VanderPloeg made a visit to the Early Learning Center. During her visit she toured the building and learned about the inclusive classrooms.
Mar 6, 2020 Readers from the Springfield Rotary Club have visited the ELC to read to our students and provide a book for them to take home to enjoy. The program will continue monthly for January through April in 5 ELC classrooms. Thank you to the Rotary Club for their generosity in time and books!
Mar 6, 2020 The ELC PTO has sponsored prizes for the families of students with 92% attendance or better through the second tri-mester of school. Families are able to select a gift card or classroom pizza or cookie party for their student. Thank you to families that support great school attendance!
