Good morning Grant Middle School,  today is Thursday, October 25th, 2018. Today is a  “B“ day

Parent Conferences are Thursday evening and Friday during the day. Students - you will be given a sign off card in your advisory on Thursday. Bring this card with you to conferences and have each teacher sign off on the card. At the end of conferences, turn this card into the Guidance Office Table in the lobby. The completed card will earn you a chance to wear jeans or sweats for free to school on Wednesday, November 7th.

Also - Students at lunchtime who are buying a chance to spin the United Way Wheel - If you win a candy bar or bag of chips, when you are finished, please throw the empty bag in the trash can. This is your school - so please take care of it and the grounds around it. 

Book Fair is coming - October 24th through October 31st the PTO will be holding a Scholastic book fair in the Library.  It will be open during lunch shifts every day and during parent teacher conferences from 5-8 on Thursday and 8-3 on Friday.  Every dollar you spend will help raise Scholastic dollars for our school.

Reminder no art club or learning lab after school tonight due to Parent Teacher Conferences 


Students -  If you would like retakes, they will be October 25th and YOU MUST bring your original packet back.  Keep your ID though because they do not reprint those even if you get your picture retaken.


Reminder students to take a coat/ jacket / sweatshirt to lunch — students you may stay in the cafeteria but his is not required — once you go outside you stay outside— if you go to the library no food or drink is allowed 


 Students this “our “ school, please show respect to building and grounds by using trash cans and doing your part to keep Grant looking it’s best and remember to be respectful of others property to and from school. 


 Reminder students the expectation at Grant is to  keep your hands and feet to yourselves at all times during the school day 

 Students for your safety please only cross at the designated crosswalk areas
