To end the year strong, we are in the middle of a Duolingo contest for our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Duoligo is an app/website that allows students to practice Chinese at their own pace. The contest is being run in two week rounds. The first round ended this past Friday Apr. 16. The students did an amazing job! The individual goal is to earn at least 100 points during the two weeks to earn the title of DUOLINGO DYNAMO!!! All Dynamos will be celebrated on the school webisite (pdf is posted below). Every two weeks their point tally will go back to zero for the next two week round. I will be keeping track of all points for the entire contest. The contest is voluntary though practice during class is requred. Congratulations all Dynamos!!!

Only parents, guardians or those listed on the emergency card will be allowed to pick-up devices for children. Families with multiple children should try to come during the slot of your eldest child, if that time does not work, please come at a time that works for your family.
