This year, we in Springfield Public Schools, are working to expand opportunities for parents to communicate with teachers regarding student progress. This year, February 15th will be used as a full day for additional conferences. Each school will hold these conferences from 12:00 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. Because of the shorter time frame, we will be using the conferences to work with families if there is a concern about their child's progress. We will also use the time to meet with parents who have concerns of their own they wish to discuss.

Within the next week, a Lanphier teacher may contact you if your child's teacher feels a need for a conference. If you do not hear from us, but wish to schedule a conference, please contact the school to setup a time.

As parents and guardians, you should feel free to check on your child's progress at any time.
