Monday, October 18th, LANPHIER Daily Announcements

-Students - All  book bags and large purses MUST be put away in your locker 1st - 7th hours.  Do not bring them to class, lunch, or have them in the hallways throughout the school day. 

-Seniors - Jostens will be here Wednesday to take your graduation orders.  Please bring your completed form along with $60 down payment.  Jostens will be in the Commons from 7:30am to 12:30pm.

-The LHS Online Book Fair starts next week, Monday, October 25th and runs through Friday, November 5th. While books must be purchased online, you can still stop by the library to see interactive displays of books for purchase and to buy coffee, hot chocolate, and s'mores from the Around the Campfire Cafe! See you next week in the library! 

-Our Lady Lions Volleyball team will be having their Senior Night and Pink Out night on Tuesday, Oct 19th starting at 5:30pm. Please come out and show your support for the Lady Lions Seniors and wear some type of Pink for awareness!!! 

-Black Student Union (or BSU for short) is a student group composed of people who share a love for Black culture. Our goal is to create a space to celebrate Black culture while teaching others about diversity by engaging in activities focused on belonging, empowerment, and voice. Our first meeting will be held on Thursday, October 21, after school in room 245. If you have any questions about BSU, please speak to Mr. Jackson in room 245. 

-Try-outs for the girls JV and Varsity basketball teams will be held on Monday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 2 from 3:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. in the Lober-Nika (Main) gym. Anyone interested in trying out, must have a current physical, an athletic permit card, athletic fees paid and a completed concussion form turned in before try-outs. Any questions please see Coach Collins or Coach Daniel.
