-Students - All book bags and large purses MUST be put away in your locker 1st - 7th hours. Do not bring them to class, lunch, or have them in the hallways throughout the school day.
-October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is a time to celebrate survivorship and to honor and remember loved ones. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, LHS would like to invite everyone attending this Friday's homecoming game to wear pink apparel as a sign of solidarity with those who have and/or are currently battling the disease.
-Our Lady Lions Volleyball team will be having their Senior Night and Pink Out night on Oct 19th starting at 5:30pm. Please come out and show your support for the Lady Lions Seniors and wear some type of Pink for awareness!!!
-Black Student Union (or BSU for short) is a student group composed of people who share a love for Black culture. Our goal is to create a space to celebrate Black culture while teaching others about diversity by engaging in activities focused on belonging, empowerment, and voice. Our first meeting will be held on Thursday, October 21, after school in room 245. If you have any questions about BSU, please speak to Mr. Jackson in room 245.

-ATTENTION SENIORS!! We will have our first class meeting TODAY during 1st and 2nd hour. We will discuss a lot of important information including information about graduation caps and gowns. You will be dismissed by announcements.
-Try-outs for the girls JV and Varsity basketball teams will be held on Monday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 2 from 3:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. in the Lober-Nika (Main) gym. Anyone interested in trying out, must have a current physical, an athletic permit card, athletic fees paid and a completed concussion form turned in before try-outs. -Tickets for the 2021 Homecoming Dance will be sold this week on Thursday and Friday ONLY during Lunch. Tickets are $15 each. Only LHS students are able to attend the dance. Appropriate formal attire is required, and masks must be worn at all times. The dance will be held in the commons and cafeteria. Students will enter the building using the “NORTH B” entrance. Students who are excluded from school due to Covid protocol will not be allowed to enter.
-Attention!! There has been a CHANGE to when the 2021 Homecoming court will be announced. In order to allow families to be present, the LHS 2021 Homecoming Court will be presented and the King and Queen will be announced AT THE FOOTBALL GAME on Friday, Oct. 15 at halftime. Please join us at the game Friday night to see who our 2021 Homecoming King and Queen will be!! And GOOOOO LIONS!!!!!
