-Penny Wars has started and will run through January 18! Help the Superintendent’s Student Roundtable raise money to support Compass for Kids in the run up to City Tournament and Unity Day! The boy and girl basketball teams will each have a bucket.  The goal is to fill each bucket with the most pennies. Students can sabotage a team of their choice by adding nickels, dimes, quarters, dollars to cancel out the pennies in each bucket. The team with the most pennies wins.

-Unity Day 2022 has been postponed - stay tuned for more information!

-Next Week is City Tournament! And we have the Spirit Week Themes for you!

-Now for a moment of silence.

-Please Rise for the Pledge of Allegiance.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

-Now it’s time for today’s welcoming ritual: On Monday, we will honor Martin Luther King Jr.  One of the most famous Dr. King's quotes is: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”  What is one thing that you think Dr. King would be either proud of today or disappointed by today based upon this quote.
