Show your appreciation for a friend, teacher, boyfriend or girlfriend.  Send them a flower or chocolate for Valentine’s day!. Carnations are $1, Chocolate is $1 and Roses are $2.  Friday is the last day to order your flowers! You can make your purchase during lunch, from a French club member or from Ms. Grendze in Room 121.

Students and Staff: In Lieu of Black History Month and Unity Day we are asking you show support and wear all Black on Friday, February 7th.

Our first hour competition for our Community in Need project is underway, so remember to bring those items listed on the flyers into your first hour class! The drive will end on February 20th. Who’s going to win the class party? 

Girls Track Practice is everyday from 3:30-5:15pm. You need to have a current physical,athletic permit card  filled out as soon as possible. Turn all forms to Mrs.Woods in the main office.

Please bring your City Week participation punch card to Mrs. Corcoran in the library to be entered into a drawing for prizes. 

King of hearts dance will be Saturday, February 8th from 7-10pm in the wrestling gym. Dress code is semi-formal (NO JEANS). The band will be pre-selling tickets today and tomorrow during lunch. You can purchase couples tickets in advance for $8.00 or single tickets for $5.00. 

German Club is inviting everyone interested to a collective baking session today after school. Please come and join us as we prepare for our next bake sale tomorrow during both lunch shifts. Everything will be a dollar. Support German Club while you enjoy some homemade goodies. Baking today. Bake Sale tomorrow.

Do you have a passion for art history, culture, and current events? If so, please stop by the art club after school next monday to see the movie “The Woman In Gold”. This movie portrays the efforts of Maria Altman insecuring two internationally famous portraits of her aunt Adele Bloch-Bower, painted by the Viennese artist “Gustav Klint”. See you on Monday, February 6th after school in room 119 in the art room. Bring some snacks and enjoy the movie. 

2020 Yearbook order forms are now available in the Main Office! Simply fill out the order form, enclose a check or cash and return to the Main Office. Yearbooks are now $65.  Get your yearbook while supplies last!

Students, school detentions may be served before or after school in room 39, or during lunch in room 25. 

10th - 12th grade students who owe detentions are posted in the front window of the North Office. If you fail to serve your detention each detention not served becomes a mega detention. All questions regarding 10th - 12th grade detentions need to speak with Mrs. Hedges.  Mega detentions are served in the large commons starting at 3:25pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
