The Lion Lotto Store will be open during both lunches today! 

On Monday, February 10th a visiting artist from Illinois State University will come and speak to students interested in Art for college and careers. If you are interested sign up before 3rd hour monday, on the signup sheet at Room 119. 

German Club will be hosting a bake sale on both lunches today! 

In honor of black history month, the library is hosting an art and poetry exhibit.

All students are welcome to submit artworks and written poetry to show in the library.  cartoon fan art or copied artwork will not be accepted, but any style and subject is welcomed.

Poetry should be original and can be typed so it can be displayed in the library. Any school appropriate subject is accepted.

Poetry or Artwork  is Due February 20th 2020 to Room 119

Show your appreciation for a friend, teacher, boyfriend or girlfriend.  Send them a flower or chocolate for Valentine’s day!. Carnations are $1, Chocolate is $1 and Roses are $2.  Friday is the last day to order your flowers! You can make your purchase during lunch, from a French club member or from Ms. Grendze in Room 121.

Our first hour competition for our Community in Need project is underway, so remember to bring those items listed on the flyers into your first hour class! The drive will end on February 20th. Who’s going to win the class party? 

Students: This is a reminder that no outside food is allowed to be delivered at school, at anytime.

Girls Track Practice is everyday from 3:30-5:15pm. You need to have a current physical,athletic permit card  filled out as soon as possible. Turn all forms to Mrs.Woods in the main office.

Please bring your City Week participation punch card to Mrs. Corcoran in the library to be entered into a drawing for prizes. 

King of hearts dance will be Saturday, February 8th from 7-10pm in the wrestling gym. Dress code is semi-formal (NO JEANS). The band will be pre-selling tickets today during lunch. You can purchase couples tickets in advance for $8.00 or single tickets for $5.00. 

2020 Yearbook order forms are now available in the Main Office! Simply fill out the order form, enclose a check or cash and return to the Main Office. Yearbooks are now $65.  Get your yearbook while supplies last!

Students, school detentions may be served before or after school in room 39, or during lunch in room 25. 

10th - 12th grade students who owe detentions are posted in the front window of the North Office. If you fail to serve your detention each detention not served becomes a mega detention. All questions regarding 10th - 12th grade detentions need to speak with Mrs. Hedges.  Mega detentions are served in the large commons starting at 3:25pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
