Master Facilities Planning Information

Orientation for Adult Education students

All Adult Education students are required to attend an  orientation to review specific information for the program of choice, review the school and classroom rules and meet others who will be starting at the same time. You must complete the entire orientation in order to start your class on your scheduled start date. Orientation is usually scheduled twice a month on Fridays starting at 9:30 until 10:30 for HSCR and from 10:45-11:45 for HSE (GED) students. Use the west side doors and please arrive at least 5 minutes before so that paperwork is completed before the session starts. If you need to reschedule this orientation please call 525-3233.

REGISTRATION 2019

For the 2019-2020 school year Lawrence Education Center's registration will be every Tues., Weds., and Thurs., from 8:30-noon. However, there will be times when registration will be canceled so that staff may attend training or assist with field trips. Students must come to LEC to register. Please call 217-525-3233 for more information. If you are under 18, you must bring your parent or guardian to enroll in the adult education programs. 16 and 17 year old students must bring a permint to enter and a transcript from their home high school.

The TABE will be given during the registration process. The Counselor will review the TABE results, deterimne program, provide info for career pathway decisions, and schedule orientation date. Call 525-3233 for more information.
