Open doors to employment and advancement by becoming certified! The State of Illinois requires that all establishments that serve food to the public must have someone present during the hours food is prepared and served. This includes: restaurants, diners, taverns, hospitals, nursing homes, child care centers, schools, food courts, snack bars, temporary food service at fairs, conventions and community activities. Knowledge gained in this class will help you become a better employee and the business more desirable and profitable. You will become an important link between the success of the establishment and the safety of the public served.
The class is taught by an instructor certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health. This Class meets all the requirements from the Illinois Department of Public Health for Management Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
The three day class, meets on May 27, 29 & 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
COST: $50.00 (INCLUDES TEXTBOOK AND ILLINOIS TEST)
