On Wednesday, November 18, 2009 all of the eighth grade students at Lincoln Magnet school will take The EXPLORE® assessment.

This assessment is designed to help 8th grade students explore a broad range of options for their future. EXPLORE® prepares students not only for their high school coursework, but for their post–high school choices as well. This assessment marks an important beginning for a student's future academic and career success.

Please encourage your child to share their practice booklet with you and have them share their strengths. Also, encourage them to eat a healthy breakfast and make sure to have a well-rested evening so that they are prepared to do their best.
