Immunizations for WALK-INs,Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Must call for physicals, booked until Sept. 22 (could be cancellations in which those on list are called before 9/22)

Capital Community 2239 E. Cook 788-2300
Parents need to call for appt. for both physicals and immunizations, Appt. are being made for next week. Walk-ins are accepted, but no guarantee on being seen.

Catholic Charities - St. Clare's Clinic 523-1474
Parents call first, no immunizations given there, but physicals are being scheduled for Sept 5.
