Today is Wednesday, February 11th, and it is a B Day.

BETA students will be selling roses for $2.00 at lunch today. They will be delivered in 6th hour classes on Wednesday, and sold at the dance.

Applications for the Math and Science Academy at Southeast are due on Friday, February 20th.

Today the whole school will be attending the Lincoln Farewell Address at the Conventions Center at 10:30. Please make sure that your student has the proper form signed, and has either ordered a sack lunch, pizza, or will bring their lunch. We are looking forward to this event!

There are several opportunities on Mrs. Heyen's table in the hallway. Some are offered by the high schools (cheerleading clinics), the Illinois State Museum, and UIS. Please stop by the table and take advantage of these activities.

We will have to reschedule Yearbook pictures for extracurricular teams. Students who wish to purchase a team picture need to get a form from Mrs. Heyen's table, and bring a check to cover the package price. Students should wear their T-shirt or uniform, if they have it (Band, 6th grade sports, current teams, cheerleaders, etc.). Cross Country will dress in regular clothes, or may wear Spirit Wear.
