We are ready to begin training for another season of Cross Country.
Pre-season this year will consist of seven practices (workouts and
running) and two races. Please attend as many activities as possible.
Athletes who are not available will still have plenty of opportunity when
the season begins.
All Pre-season activities are held at Lincoln Park and will last one hour.
Coach and runners meet near Nelson Center pool and parking lot, the side
with the soccer field, rather than the playground.
Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
Workouts will last approximately one hour.

Wednesday 8/10, RACE DAY: 2:45pm
Friday 8/12: 10am
Tuesday 8/16: 2:45pm
Thursday 8/18: 2:45pm
Friday 8/19, RACE DAY: 2:45pm.
