Families with current eighth grade students are encouraged to attend High School Preview Night at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10, at Lanphier, Southeast and Springfield high schools, to learn about courses, tour the school and meet teachers and administrators.

“This is a chance for families to have their questions answered before registration,” said Cheree Morrison, director of secondary schools and programs. “Our high schools have opportunities for every student. This introduction gives an overview of our robust course offerings and helps ease the transition for students and families.”

The event is open to any families with incoming freshmen, including those new to the District or who currently attend private or parochial schools. Families should attend Preview Night at the high school within the boundary based on their current address.
