The Illinois School Safety Drill Act requires school curriculum to include instruction and participation in various security drills in order to reinforce safety procedures for Lincoln Magnet School staff and students. One of the security measures is called a “ Lock Down”. A “ Lock Down” drill will be conducted this afternoon in order for our students to understand the procedures to be followed in case of an outside threat to our school.
