Good morning! Today is Wednesday, November 14, and it is a B Day for everyone!

8^th grade girls basketball recognition night is this Thursday. Parents need to be at Ball Charter by 5:00 p.m.

The 7th grade Lady Leopards will open regional play on November 17, at Glenwood Middle School (595 Chatham Rd., Chatham) @ 1:15 p.m.  There will not be a bus to this game.  Coach will let the girls know what time they need to be at the game.  GO LEOPARDS!!! 

Cheerleaders, please share the following information with your parents: 7^th & 8^th Cheerleaders will be attending and performing at the Lincoln JHS Shootout @ Lincoln (IL) JHS on December 8.  The bus will leave LMS @ 2:45 p.m.  7^th grade will cheer @ 4:30 p.m. & 8^th grade will cheer @ 5:45 p.m.

Yearbook order forms can be found on the activity table in the main hallway.  Order now and save!  After December 21, the cost of a yearbook increases from $30 to $35!

6^th Grade Girls Volleyball Tryout Information- Girls must attend both tryouts (email Mr. Hampsey with questions)

• Nov. 19  Tryout Day 1 (Depending on numbers a first cut will be made if needed)  @ Ball Charter(BC) 3:30-5:30 pm—LMS girls will have a ride to BC but will need their own ride home


• Nov. 20 Tryout Day 2 (Final Cuts) @ BC  7:00-8:30 pm (girls will need their own transportation)

• Nov. 19   Open Gym @ Ball Charter  5:30-6:30 pm  Girls will need own transportation (Open to all 7^th & 8^th grade girls interested in trying out for volleyball)


• Nov. 21  Open Gym @ LMS  2:30-4:00 pm (BC girls will have a ride to LMS, activity busses will be available for those eligible) Car riders will need to be picked up at 4:00 pm


• Nov. 26 Tryout Day 1 @ BC  5:00-6:30 pm (There will be a cut after this tryout if numbers permit)


• Nov. 27 Tryout Day 2 (Final Cut) @ BC  3:30-5:30 pm  LMS students will ride a bus to Ball Charter but will need their own ride home
