Good Morning Leopards!!! Today is Wednesday, September 16th

Happy Birthday Shout Out to Karsten N. and A'Nijah W.!!!

Cross Country: The Leopard Cross Country Team hosted the Chatham Glenwood Titans yesterday at Lincoln Park. Congratulations to all the runners—all of them!!

*Way to go, Nola S., the first Leopard to cross the line, tying her personal best time.

*Also posting personal best times were Ben C., Lydia C. and Kai R.

*Special recognition to Kai. He has posted a personal best time four races in a row!

See you all on Thursday, 3:30pm, Lincoln Park. We are very proud of you.

Regionals: Softball and Baseball Regional information has been posted on the LMS website under Daily Announcements. Come on out and support our Leopards as both teams compete in the first round of Regionals, with hope of winning! Let's Go Leopards!

ART "Challenge": Mrs. Minch will be hosting an Inktober challenge for LMS throughout the month of October.  Here is your first opportunity for a club experience this new school year. Look on the LMS website, as well as Mrs. Minch's teacher page for all the details! You don't have to be an art student to participate. We at Lincoln Magnet will be sharing our drawings in weekly Zoom meetings and collecting our favorites to share with others in a presentation. Sounds like fun!!

Canvas and Homework: Please remember that everything students need or need access to is on their  Canvas accounts. As a school, we are all learning new ways to make our students (and parents) lives easier during these Remote Learning Times. We encourage everyone to spend time exploring your Canvas courses, and the different aspects of each course. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact the school or your teacher directly.

National Calendar Day: Today is filled with lots of fun National Days: Guacamole Day, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Play-Doh Day, Step-Parents Day and Working Families Day. If one of these categories speak to you, celebrate in any way you would like. Here at LMS, we will celebrate our step-parents and working families because we know our families are what keep us going and we appreciate all of our Leopard families!!
