Get ready to enter our classroom and meet your teacher… virtually!

  • Ms. Swaggerty will let us see inside the classroom.  She will give a virtual tour of your child’s learning space and see what they have been talking about all week!

  • Students will need their white dry erase board and a marker to participate in a few challenges right there LIVE on Zoom!

  • Ms. Shepherd will present how students at Camp Kindergarten will be assessed and how their growth will be shared with their families.

  • Mrs. Elshref, our parent educator, will be here to answer any questions you might have about getting ready for kindergarten.  She will also have more information about places to assist in getting your child set up with school supplies, physicals, or any other kindergarten needs.

Grab your kindergartener, and join us LIVE after camp (1:45 p.m.) on Thursday, August 6, 2020.

*Zoom is a free app that allows people to conference virtually.  This will be a tool used by all students in District 186 as we move into a hybrid/remote world of learning.  The app can be used on any smart phone, laptop, iPad, Chrome Book, etc.  Please download the app before the event begins.  If you are viewing this electronically, simply click the link in the top right or if you are reading this as a paper copy, enter the meeting ID and Password provided in the top right to access the meeting in the Zoom app.  This will be sent electronically to parents who have email addresses on file.

Don't miss a great opportunity for incoming kindergarteners!
