Congratulations to Rachel Barnard for being nominated as the Horace Mann Educator of the Year finalist. She performed her student teaching at Ridgely. In addition, at Ridgely she has been the Kindergarten teaching assistant, a fifth grade teacher and is currently a hybrid Kindergarten teacher. She takes great pride in working with her “Bulldog puppies” by creating a focused and engaging environment.
