Great news! After two years of being on hold, Ridgely’s parent lending library will be reopening in the fall. It will be in the same location as before in the 9th Street lobby area. We originally opened the library the same year the city's north branch library closed. Our goal was to provide parents and grandparents with opportunities to read books of interest to them and have easy access to books.
This library has few rules besides striving to promote the love of reading. Simply browse and find the books you are interested in and take them. There is not a checkout system. Return the books whenever you are done or keep them. Donations are always welcome!
Happy reading!
