Morning Announcements: October 4, 2019

October 4, 2019

Good morning Southeast Students and Staff, today is Friday, October 4th. Remember that successful Spartans ARE APPROPRIATE, they use appropriate language and abide by the school dress code.

And now a moment of silence to start the day! (WAIT 10 seconds before moving on)

Thank you

“Good morning, this is your Wellness Wakeup Call!”

You can buy vegetable seeds and potting soil at the store, and plant the seeds in the soil at your home. Water them every day, and watch them grow! The easiest vegetables to grow are tomatoes, yellow squash, radishes, and sweet peppers.

“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”

The band will be playing through the halls after the announcements this morning.

It is Homecoming Spirit Week.  Show your Spartan Pride.

Hey Southeast   Did you know that we are partnering with Project Mack and the other area High Schools to host the 2nd annual Trunk or Treat Event on Sunday October 27th?  Did you know that last year we passed out candy to HUNDREDS of area children?   Did you know that you could win prizes for best-decorated car?  Did you know we are also collecting gently worn shoes to donate to local school children?  We would like to challenge you to create a team and sign up outside room 218!!!!  Help make this event another wonderful one for our community!

Now if you would, please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance

I pledge allegiance to the flag

of the United States of America,

and to the republic for which it stands,

one nation under God, indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all.

Thank you Spartans and have a great day!
