Good morning Southeast Students and Staff, today is Monday, October 7th
Remember that successful Spartans ARE SELF-MANAGED, they arrive to class on time with the materials needed for class.
And now a moment of silence to start the day! (WAIT 10 seconds before moving on)
“Good morning, this is your Wellness Wakeup Call!”
It’s easy to forget that all the vegetables you see at the store were grown at a farm. Some farms let you pick your own vegetables, which is a fun family activity.
“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”
Seniors - Tonight is the night. Bring your parents and financial information to the Southeast Library tonight to complete your financial aid paperwork. See you tonight at 6:00 in the Library! Also, please return any permission slips to the college room for Eastern Illinois campus visit, Hanson Job shadow, Building Trades, Lincoln College campus visit or SIU-Edwardsville on-site admissions event.

Congratulations to the men's and women's cross country teams for their performances on Saturday in Jacksonville. Seven out of the nine Spartans that participated ran their personal best time for the 2.9 mile course. Those Spartans include Amora Dunham, Shanine Newton, Kairy Mercado, Jackson Beachy, Willie Crawford, Roosevelt Sims, and Merv Butler.
Now if you would, please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America,

with liberty and justice for all.
Thank you Spartans and have a great day!
