Have you tried a rutabaga? (pronunciation: ROOT-a-bay-ga) How about a daikon (pronunciation DIE-con)? Or peas in a pod? There are so many delicious and interesting vegetables at the store, and they are all good for you.

“Enjoy your day, the healthy way!”

Hey Southeast   Did you know that we are partnering with Project Mack and the other area High Schools to host the 2nd annual Trunk or Treat Event on Sunday October 27th?  Did you know that last year we passed out candy to HUNDREDS of area children?  Did you know that you could win prizes for best-decorated car?  Did you know we are also collecting gently worn shoes to donate to local school children? We would like to challenge you to create a team and sign up outside room 218!!!!   Help make this event another wonderful one for our community!

The band is competing in the Battle of the Bands on Channel1450.com.. Help them win the prize money by voting for their video. You can vote once a day from now until October 27 at 11:59 p.m. at Channel1450.com. Look for Battle of the Bands. Let's help Southeast win. #SpartanPride
