Sophomores and Juniors that signed up for the PSAT, the test is tomorrow morning. If you did not receive a study guide booklet when you signed up, come to the guidance office and pick one up.

Juniors and Seniors: The first college bus trip of the year will be on Oct. 21 to SIU-Carbondale. 7A.M. to 5:30P.M. Pick up your permissions slips in Guidance. The first 35 students who return a signed permission to Mrs. Povse in Guidance and who are academically eligible will be able to go on the trip.

The following college representatives will be here on these days. Get a pass in Guidance to attend.

If you did not get a homecoming t-shirt and would still like to buy one they will be on sale for $10.00 in the commons this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during both lunch shifts.
Any student that has received a letter from Nurse Kim about missing medical information MUST have the missing medical information turned in by next Thursday or they WILL NOT be able to come to school starting Friday!! If you have any questions see Nurse Kim any morning in room 169.
Attention all students: On Thurs., Oct. 14 at 6:30 in the Auditorium our first financial aid presentation of the year will be held. This presentation is designed to help parents gain an understanding of how the college financing process works.
HEY HEY JSA! We are having a meeting this Wednesday. Come for food and fun and bring your friends and fall state permission slips!!

There will be a chess club meeting Wednesday October 13 in room 222.

Attention German Club! Our postponed kick-off-party will be on Saturday, October 16. We will be having a German Club meeting in the Commons on Wednesday, October 13 right after school to discuss the details. Hope to see you there.

The Class of 2012 will be selling tacos for $1 Thursday during both lunch shifts. Get them while they last. Remember Tacos, tacos, tacos, Thursday, Thursday, Thursday.

The Girls golf team placed 4th in Sectionals yesterday and ended their great season as a team. Leading the way and heading to the state tournament was Becca Ramirez with a 86. Andrea Ribelin followed with a 92. Alax Floyd added a 94 and Mackenzie McDermott carded a 110. Becca will head to Hickory Point Thursday as an individual. Best of luck at State!
