SENIORS: TODAY seniors will have an assembly 2nd or 5th hour regarding all things SENIOR: recognition, graduation, future plans, caps and gowns, FINES and more. If you have received any scholarships please be prepared to have the name of the scholarship and the amount received. Mrs. Povse will have an exit survey for you to fill out. During lunch today all seniors will be able to indicate their decision for college, tech school, work, military or whatever on the map that will be in the commons. Be prepared to make your flag and post it where you will be in the fall of 2012.

The Class of 2014 will be selling delicious Papa John's Breadsticks today! Three breadsticks and sauce will be sold for a low price of $2.00. A limited amount of breadsticks and sauce will be available on both lunch shifts, so get there as soon as possible!
Only 2 days remaining to kiss your seniors goodbye! Kisses are being sold in the Commons over lunch for $1. Your personal note will be attached to a bag of chocolate kisses and delivered next week. Make sure those special seniors know how much you will miss them, and send them a kiss goodbye!
The Senator softball team erupted for 8 runs in the bottom of the first inning and went on to beat Southeast 9 - 3 last night at UIS. Claire Varney picked up her second win in as many days, allowing only five hits, striking out 3 and walking nobody. Eight different girls had hits for the Senators, with Senior Faydra Sommer’s double the only one for extra bases. Granite City comes to town on Saturday for a doubleheader at Lincoln Land starting at 10:00. See you there.
