Any Senior who qualifies for a PARKING PASS and missed their first opportunity to purchase a pass first semester can sign up in the Main office Today & Tomorrow. Any junior who qualifies and would like the opportunity to be put in for a lotto spot, if there are any available after seniors, may do so Thursday and Friday. To qualify for a parking pass, you must have good attendance, be IHSA eligible, and have few disciplinary actions in your file. Parking pass for second semester is $25. If selected, you must provide proof of current registration, current insurance and a valid driver's license.

Seniors may purchase a happy ad to your friends to be printed in the yearbook. If you are interested please see a yearbook staff member or Mrs. Devlin for the form that needs to be completed. The cost ranges from $25-$100 depending on the size of ad you want.

Seniors! Please see Mr. Lawson for more information on the following scholarships!
Seniors who plan to enroll in an agriculture based curriculum.

St. Jude Fact of the Day: In 1962 when St. Jude first opened, the survival rate for the most common form of cancer, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or A.L.L. was 4%. Today, the survival rate for this once deadly disease is 94%, thanks to research and treatment protocols developed at St. Jude. Learn more about Rally and how to register at the Rally Table during your lunch period! Registration ends January 21st.

Literature Club meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday. We will be discussing the two books from December, picking new books, and planning for Open Mic Night. Don't forget the Literature Club meeting tomorrow in Ms. Negle's room.

SENIORS: It is now time to be working on your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). FAFSA is required before you can receive any free money, federal loans or even some scholarships. The first step in filing FAFSA is applying for a PIN number, which is your electronic signature. Apply for your PIN now at: www.fafsa.pin.ed.gov
Save the date, February 11 for a FAFSA/financial aid presentation at 6:30p.m. in the Cafeteria.

10th, 11th, and 12th graders: The following college bus trips are planned: Friday, Jan. 30 Illinois College and MacMurray in Jacksonville; Friday, Feb. 20 Illinois State University Normal; Friday, March 27 McKendree University, Lebanon. A free lunch will be provided at Illinois College and McKendree. Get your permission slip from Mrs. Povse in the Guidance Office.

This Saturday, Jan. 17th, Midwest Technical Institute will be holding an Open House luncheon from 11-3:00. Come find out about the admissions process, financial aid, speak with instructors and tour the facility.

Attention Prevention Club will be holding a meeting Thursday, January 15 in room 350. We will be planning our junior high event. New members are still welcome. Snacks will be provided. That's Prevention Club this Thursday!

Attention Sophomores interested in careers in healthcare: The Community Healthcare Career Academy is a multi-week experience designed to give 10th grade students a preview of a career in nursing. A total of 20 students from Dist. #186 will be selected. Come to a brown bag (bring your lunch with you) session in Room 150 (Guidance Conference Room) on either lunch shift Wednesday, Jan. 14th and learn more about this opportunity.

Hey JSA, we will be having a meeting this Thursday after school in Mr Lightfoots room, 330.

There will be a short meeting for all girls interested in playing softball this Wednesday after school in room 356. Lady Senator basketball players should not attend.
