Want to surprise someone with a candy cane-gram? The 9th grade AVID students will be selling candy grams for $1.00 during both lunch shifts Wednesday and Thursday this week. These will be delivered to students during 1st hour on Friday. All proceeds will benefit the local Ronald McDonald House.

2nd Quarter Be a Senator Acknowledgement will be Friday, December 16th at lunch. All Students in all grades who have had NO Tardies, NO Referrals, and NO Unexcused absences from October 24-December 9th may come to the Commons during lunch on FRIDAY, December 16th and get a delicious Mel-o-Cream donut!!!
Check the lists posted outside Guidance, in the Cafeteria and in the Commons to see if you qualified, and come to the Commons Friday to get your donut for Being a Senator!
The winner for the Ronald Mcdonald Food drive will be announced tomorrow and you can stop by Mrs. Kaisner’s room to receive your prize.
Any student interested in participating in science fair, please pick up a Science Fair Proposal form from Ms. Vander Leest. This form must be completed and your proposal and turned in to Ms. Vanderleest or Mrs. Weller by tomorrow, December 14th. Please see Ms. Vanderleest with any questions.
Are you 16 years old and interested in being trained to become a lifeguard? A lifeguard class is going to be offered at the downtown YMCA third quarter during zero hour. IF you are interested, stop by the guidance office to sign up.

The time has come to announce the 2017 SHS Musical. This year’s announcement will be made online on December 16th at Noon. Anyone who wants to know what AMAZING production SHS will be staging this year should go to SHSmusical.wordpress.com and watch the video that will be posted there at Noon on Friday.
