Your April 10th testing room roster is posted near the classroom door where you will test. Remember - 9th grade third floor, 10th grade second floor, 11th grade first floor. All students must bring pencils, a calculator, and a photo ID.
SENIORS - Pick up attendance exemption forms for 4/10/18 in guidance office. The forms must be signed and returned by Thursday.
Attention Juniors: If you are interested in being in the work program next year you are required to complete an application. You can get an orange application from the guidance office, Mrs. Devlin in room 121 or Mr. Koger in room 110. Please stop by Mrs. Devlin's office during lunch if you are interested in the work program, have questions, or need an application. Mrs. Devlin has several office jobs available for those interested. Applications are due before Thursday.
Anyone interested in playing volleyball next school year, there will be a preliminary meeting on April 11th at 2:30 pm in the cafeteria.
Parents don’t forget to get your student’s lab/course fees paid. You may pay these fees on-line, mail the payment to the school or have your student bring the payment to Ms. Madonna in the main office.
Do you have a special talent you want to show off?? Then come to the All City Talent Show! In an audience voted show, we’re calling all Springfield High School students to come to Lincoln Library on April 18th from 6:00-7:30pm. Winners get a prize! Sign up sheets are in the Guidance Office to audition today at 3:30 here at the school. Come show off your talent!
The class of 2021 will be raffling off a year of ice-cream from Baskin-Robbins. Tickets are being sold during both lunch shifts through Thursday. Tickets are $1 for one ticket or $5 for 8 tickets.
Want to eat more chicken? Come support the Class of 2019 fundraiser for prom by coming to Chick-Fil-A today from 4:00-7:00 pm. Make sure you pick up a flyer from the main office or from one of your class officers.
Attention Seniors, Jostens will be here Thursday during both lunch shifts for you to pick up your senior related items. Don’t forget if you ordered any announcements, invitations or anything other than a cap and gown, please do not forget to pick up your things. Cap and gowns will be distributed May 8th.
Tryouts for the 2018-2019 SHS Cheerleading squads are approaching. Tryout packets can be picked up in the main office or printed from the District 186 SHS cheer webpage. The tryout process will begin with a mandatory tryout meeting tomorrow at 5:30 pm in the SHS Commons. This is a mandatory informational meeting for parents and candidates that will provide all the details of the 2018-2019 season. All tryout candidates are required to attend. Please contact Coach Bryant with any questions.
Do you need help with tutoring in your AP classes? Then you can get help in the After-School Tutoring Program in Room 160 on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 PM. There will be no tutoring this Thursday, March 28th.
