Zach Richmond was the star of the day, as he made his varsity debut as a starting pitcher by throwing a 5 inning gem allowing only 3 hits while striking out 7 and walking only 2. His support cast on the offensive end was highlighted by 2 for 3 performances at the plate by Rico Johnson and Will Reiser, with each hitting a double and Johnson contributing a team high 2 RBI's for the day. Chad Haller also added an RBI double to the cause. Next up is CS8 foe Jacksonville today at 4:30 at Robin Roberts Stadium in the final week of conference play.
