DO SOMETHING CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL STUDENTS: Are you interested in making a difference in your school & community? if so, get involved with the DO SOMETHING CLUB here at Springfield High School. There will be a DO SOMETHING CLUB Meeting Tonight at 7pm in room 150. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Williams.

All Speech & Acting Team Members-there is a team meeting directly after school in Ms. Negele’s room. Be there.

Attention German Club! We will have meeting in the commons after school in Wednesday, October 17th to discuss our new German club t-shirt and the upcoming Capture the Flag event with Spanish Club. Hope to see you there.

There will be a FCA meeting tonight at 7 PM. The meeting will be in room 266.

Attention: Boys interested in swimming this winter need to attend a MEETING with their parents in the Commons on Monday, October 22 at 7 PM. If you have any questions, please call Coach Stephens at 546-2603.

The Cross Country team competed in the Central State 8 Conference met on Saturday at Lincoln Park. In the Girls JV race, Mads Nelson finished 1st. The Varsity Girls finished 2nd, four points behinds Chatham Glenwood. Natalie Motor was the top finisher for SHS. The Boys Varsity finished 1st. Tyler Owens top finisher for SHS.
