Prom is on May 6, 2017 from 8:00pm-11:00pm on the rooftop of the Illinois Building at the Fairgrounds. Ticket are on sale in the Commons at lunch from April 26-May 5. Single tickets are $25.00 and couples tickets are $40.00. If you do not get your tickets at school during this time , only single tickets will be available for $30.00 at the door.
Guest forms for Prom and After Prom are available in the guidance office. Please be sure to have them properly filled out and signed and bring them with you along with your ID’s. Guests are required to show ID at the door as well. No exceptions. For After Prom, the same policy still applies - you must have your previously approved form with you if your guest is from another school.
Go, Glow and help the house Grow . . .the Ronald McDonald House Teen Council is sponsoring a 5K run/walk on Friday, May 5th at Erin’s Pavilion at Southwind Park. You can register at: rmhc-centralillinois.org. You can pay the $20 registration fee online or you can sign up with Anneliese Paton and Jocelyn Garcia. See her with questions or for details. The entry fee includes a T-Shirt and goody bag.
A reminder to students taking the AP Physics test, you need to report to the room at 11:45.
The final BAS pizza sale of the year will be Thursday! Hot, delicious Papa John's pizza will be available for $2 per slice in the commons during both lunch shifts.

Attention Seniors! There is an important Senior Class meeting on Tuesday, May 9th during 2nd hour in the commons. Plan to attend the meeting. We will talk about the Senior Recognition Ceremony, Graduation practice and ceremony, and how to get your final transcript sent at the end of the year.

Jostens will be here as well to take final payments from those who still owe and will distribute caps and gowns. All school fees and lost book fees must be paid prior to receiving the caps and gowns. If you are not sure if you owe anything, stop in the main office or the guidance office to find out.
After prom is awesome! Juniors and seniors can attend after prom even if you don’t attend prom. After prom is from 11pm - 3am and it’s free admission. Remember, if you are brining a guest from a different school, you must bring the guest form with all signatures and your guest must have a photo ID. All prom and after prom attendees must be under 21 years old. After prom doors close at 12:30, no one will be admitted after 12:30.

Any seniors who haven’t turned in a form for the senior issue of the newspaper, please turn them in ASAP to Ms. Negele’s room, 362. If you don’t have a form, they are available in Negele’s room! They are due Friday at the latest latest!
