Clarification for Seniors and Senior Parents - if you want to be in the yearbook you have two choices: either get your picture taken at school with Lifetouch OR get your senior portraits done with Kari Bedford photography before November 15th. SHS students and staff- Be A Senator is selling T-shirts for Be A Senator Night at the Oct. 18 Football game against U-High. Support our Be A Senator Program by buying and wearing our t-shirt!! T-shirt order forms will be available on Pizza Thursday in the Commons and in the Guidance office. Orders are due by Oct. 7.

The SHS girl’s golf team fired their best team score of the season at the Central State 8 Conference Tournament on Wednesday. Senior Kylie Fair fired a personal best 78 which was good enough to tie for 4th place individually and earn all-conference honors for the second year in a row. Freshmen Katie Chen and Sidney Miller also had personal best rounds of 87 and 89 respectively, and sophomore Kayla Adkins survived a tough start to finish with a 90. The team finished 3rd behind conference champions Normal U-High and 2nd place SHG.
