Clarification for Seniors and Senior Parents - if you want to be in the yearbook you have two choices: either get your picture taken at school with Lifetouch OR get your senior portraits done with Kari Bedford photography before November 15th. If you have any questions please call Dr. Leardi at 525-3100.
School picture retake date will be November 18th.
Yearbooks are on sale for $70. You can purchase on www.yearbookforever.com. Be sure to purchase now as the price will be up to $75 November 1st.
Hey Students - you know those glass cases outside of the main office? Do you have a hobby or collection that you want to display in the cases? You can showcase your stuff in there - see Leardi for details or ideas.

Students - FREE breakfast and lunch are available each school day. Please make sure that one of your items includes a fruit or vegetable. We serve the most lunches each day amongst the 3 high schools and would like to be #1 in serving breakfast as well! Breakfast and lunch menus are available online. Application deadlines for Junior or Senior AP Students who would like to tutor after school are due by Wednesday. Sign up in the Guidance Office today if you are interested.
As Senator basketball season is approaching, we are seeking support via advertisements in our new 2019-20 Senators Basketball memento book we are introducing this year. This book will feature a page for each senior athlete, as well as opportunities for family and friends to purchase additional spaces to highlight their athlete (Freshman - Junior) this upcoming season. SHS students can purchase one and two-line “shoutouts” that will be placed throughout the book to encourage their favorite athletes. Shoutouts can be purchased by teachers and students for $3. Memento books will be sold for $10 each beginning at the first home game on December 5, 2019. Order forms will be placed in the office. Please attach your money along with the shoutout. The last day to purchase your shoutout will be November 15th. Please make checks payable to: SHS Boys Basketball program. Calling all wrestlers! There will be a brief informational meeting for all students thinking of joining the wrestling team this Wednesday October 30th right after school in the auditorium.
Scrub club will meet Tuesday after school in room 510. We will have a presentation from Sandra Isaacs - A Registered Nurse with HSHS Medical Group (Pulmonology).
You have until Thursday at 3:30 to sign up for the fan bus that will be traveling to Lemont as your varsity football team travels up north in their 1st round playoff game. The fee is $15 and includes your admission to the game. You may get the form in the 2nd floor main office.
