Chrome Browser Update
We have had many instances in which a teacher or staff member has informed us there is an issue with their computer when they are trying to get something to work through their Chrome browser. When this usually occurs, we find their Chrome browser needs to be updated. This is a very simple process. To do this, you will need to open Chrome, click on the word "Chrome" at the top left-hand corner of the screen, and then click "About Google Chrome". Doing so will begin the update. You can even see the activity wheel spinning in the first area of the Settings when it comes up. If you find any difficulties with this process, please reach out to your Building Tech Leader or TIL and they can assist you with the issue.
Transferring Your Google Drive Files
Are you leaving the district or retiring, or are you a student who is graduating? Here is the best solution we have found for saving your Google Drive data to a personal Google account.
FYI: You cannot transfer folders. The user will need to create a folder in the new Team Drive and transfer documents.
