  • Prize Patrol is on the move. Will Prize Patrol visit you, today? In order to receive a reward from prize patrol you must have perfect attendance and 0 tardies. Prize Patrol is looking forward to visiting you this week. 

  • October 11th will be the PBIS Ultimate Dodgeball Competition between students and teachers.  In order to attend, you cannot have any failing grades for the quarter. I plan on knocking out at least 1 kid this year from the game.  Will you be that student??? May the force be with you.

  • 8th Grade student who participated in the Lunch and Lounge event on Monday—the next meeting will be Tuesday during the lunch period instead of Monday. Please make sure you obtain a pass for attendance from Mr. Turner prior to the meeting on Tuesday.

  • Come out and support the WMS cheer squad with their Car Wash fundraiser for breast cancer. The car wash will be on October 12, 2019 at Noonans on North grand from 11am-2pm. Tickets can be purchased by any cheerleader or the coach for $5 or you can pay when you come, donations are being accepted as well. All of the money will be donated to help support breast cancer. Also, if you are still wanting to purchase popcorn, the money is due today. Thanks in advance for all of your support.

  • Congratulations to Jasmyne Pauley, our first Million Word Club member for the 2019-20 school year.  The Million Word Club is made up of students who have read 1,000,000 words during a school term. These club members meet monthly in the library, get a Million Word Club shirt to wear on Friday with jeans each week for no cost, and take special field trips during the school year.  Want to be a member? Ask Jasmyne or your Language Arts teacher about a great book to read and add to your AR word count.  

  • Come to the library and check out the October “scary” collection.  Become a Million Word Club member!

  • This week’s social goal: I know and can state what I am learning in the classroom at any given time during the day.

  • Blue and Gold Choir practice tomorrow will be cancelled this week. They will be meeting next week on October 15th.

  • Code Club will meet tonight in room 212, make sure you know how you are getting home and bring a friend!
