5 days ago The district is beginning to roll out another learning tool and platform  (Canvas) this week to help teachers support at home learning. This will allow teachers another avenue to connect with our students. Teachers will be training this week to learn how to best use this technology. Safety Tips - Protective Measures

Home-based P.E. Activities

Mar 16, 2020 There are numerous things you can do at home to remain physically active. Here are some ideas for this week:: 1. Create an exercise routine and gradually increase the length of time each day (5,10,15,20,25 minutes) 2. Household chores - clean room, do laundry, clean garage, yardwork, walk the dog, take out the trash 3. If you have stairs/steps - Repeatedly climb up and down for a designated amount of time.  4. Aug 25, 2019 Just want to welcome all incoming P.E. students this school year. I am looking forward to providing a fun and rewarding experience for students through physical activity . We will participate in a wide variety of activities and athletics to help students develop an understanding and appreciation for the positive and health-enhancing benefits that physical activity can provide.
