5 days ago The district is beginning to roll out another learning tool and platform  (Canvas) this week to help teachers support at home learning. This will allow teachers another avenue to connect with our students. Teachers will be training this week to learn how to best use this technology. Safety Tips - Protective Measures

Home-based P.E. Activities

Create an exercise routine and gradually increase the length of time each day (5,10,15,20,25 minutes) 2. Household chores - clean room, do laundry, clean garage, yardwork, walk the dog, take out the trash 3. If you have stairs/steps - Repeatedly climb up and down for a designated amount of time.  4.
